My dishwasher was originally misdiagnosed & the wrong part replaced. To their credit, the company made good - diagnosing the real problem, supplying and fitting the correct part & adjusting the overall price to exactly what it would have been if the correct diagnosis had been made at the outset. A somewhat longwinded process, but a reasonable outcome in the end.
