Memberships also include access to our squash courts and multi-purpose basketball/sports hall. Our group fitness classes include high-performance training (HIIT or CrossFit style), spin classes, boxing , Les Mills - body attack, body balance, body attack & core), pilates & yoga. We also have a large weights & cardio gym with high-quality gym equipment. Member access 5:30am-10:00pm weekdays & 5:30am-8:00pm weekends. We're on campus at University of Tasmania in Sandy Bay.
